We currently hold licenses for brands that can be used on outdoor cooking appliances, outdoor cooking accessories, and outdoor heating appliances. Major Responsibilities
• Handle high volume incoming telephone or email inquiries
• Identify the customer’s needs and executes thorough questioning to solve any open issues
• Help resolve any technical and/or troubleshooting issues as needed
• Data entry into CRM and internal systems
• Consistently increase the amount of knowledge absorbed through the technical team and training sessions
• Providing feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions for past and current grill
• Obtain accurate details of the incident to ensure timely completion of the claim process.
• Identify the possible cause of incident and coordinate with internal and external teams for solutions.
• Provide customers with options for their claim and follow up until claim is completely resolved
Qualifications
• Previous working experience in claim experience such as insurance claims or warranty claims
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills
• Advanced level on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Paint
• Strong interpersonal skills and have a pleasant telephone manner to complete the calls professionally
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Have effective communication skills, particularly when dealing with claimants who are hostile and combative.
• Detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking.
• Able to handle pressure and difficult claimants in professional and effective way.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education level.
• Able to be on the phone and sit for long hours.
