We currently hold licenses for brands that can be used on outdoor cooking appliances, outdoor cooking accessories, and outdoor heating appliances. Job Description:

- Newsletter creation and design
- Email marketing design and editing
- Join in on web and print advertising campaigns
- Heavy website metrics monitoring and analysis
- Direct and execute sales and marketing site strategy; manage ongoing offers/promotions, track results and adjust promotions accordingly
- Oversee blog, social media and affiliate marketing strategy
- Champion on-line brand guidelines, development standards and maintain quality design adherence across channels
- Monitor and improve key title momentum with placements across on-line channels, tracking category specific sales and promotion conversions; report sales and metrics monthly
- Drive site refinements and new features to increase visitation, sales/conversion, engagement, and brand awareness and loyalty; oversee ecommerce shopping cart funnel conversions improvement
- Coordinate project management and development plans with other departments
- Collaborate on content promotional calendars for promoting affiliate sales, ensuring site updates are timely and align properly with other sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage customer service issue resolution

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of technical support experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or IT related diploma.
- Strong understanding of search both organic and paid, comparison shopping engines, affiliate marketing, user experience, email marketing, social, and online advertising
- Knowledge of cross channel marketing best practices
- Business to consumer experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve project issues and challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline orientated.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Must be accustomed to working on various issues simultaneously and ensuring the integrity of each project.
- Chinese bilingual is a plus.
- Legal work status in the U.S.
