Company is seeking an Actuarial Product Specialist for the Commercial Property and Commercial Property Earthquake line of business.

Utilize your line of insurance expertise to analyze market, industry, competitor, legal and regulatory trends and use these to provide actionable insights that drive the business of both the company and its customers
Drive quality results and customer focus into everyday operations
To meet these goals, you will collaborate with Product Strategy Leaders to drive increased product enhancement and development, seeking to differentiate, competitively position and adapt your products, and leverage their value to customers. You will work within a Shared Services model, where you will work with Actuarial Operations (Staff Actuarial Support) and Analytic Data Management (Data Analytics Support) to coordinate actuarial support including, the preparation of actuarial reviews and filings and supplementary rating information or multi-state rules.
You will be one of the key ambassadors for your products, you will also assist with research within the Actuarial Products team for product enhancements and new product development, utilizing support from Actuarial Operations, Actuarial Procedures, and Analytic Data Management as appropriate. As product owner, you will be responsible for interacting with regulatory authorities on the filing review and approval process, correspondence and requests for information.
You will drive quality results and emphasize customer focus in all aspects of your work. This includes responding to developments, leading panels or other customer forums, representing the product to customers, working with the customer engagement and sales team, and being a key customer resource. You will work to expand the use of products to International markets, and other domestic market segments and provide support to a growing customer base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ACAS/FCAS preferred.
Minimum five years Commercial or Personal property insurance actuarial analysis and product development experience desired.
3+ years' experience leading team(s), with strong records of building great internal or external customer relationships that focus on gaining actionable insights and forming collaborative partnerships with the goal of innovation, product improvement, or ease of use.
3+ years' experience of strategic thought leadership fueled by deep knowledge of market, industry, customer, and competitor trends and resulting in directional insights and innovations that drive progress towards business objectives.
