Our Clinton, TN customer is looking for (2) experienced Molding Technicians (3rd shift) for a direct hire position at a hourly range of $12.00-$17.50.
Shifts are as follows:
• 1st shift 6:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift - 2:30 p.m. 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift 10:30 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
Set and start injection molds and machines to achieve departmental goals. Reports to the Pre-Production Mold Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Start-up and shut down of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Mold changeovers
• Processing of injection molds to meet cycle time and quality standards.
• Preventive and/or corrective maintenance to the molding machines.
• Molding machines spare parts control
• Complete, file, and maintenance documentation generated for the maintenance, temperatures adjustment and set up of molding machines
• To Participate in problem solving related with molding process
• Respond to any hazardous or chemical substance contingences in the area
• Comply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions (those applicable)
• Complete reports
• Ensure all equipment running to set standards.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience at injection molding facility; experience with plastics, processing & robot / EOAT experience. Applied statistics, problem solving techniques, basic understanding of quality with some mechanical skills and basic electrical skills
• Handling of chemicals and hazardous residues; Spilled material handling
