SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking a Benefits Manager for our manufacturing client in Downers Grove, IL. This position leads the development and implementation of benefit cost control strategies and be responsible for the design and monitoring of benefit programs for effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:•Recommends and Implements benefit programs, policies and procedures
•Manage and lead company employee benefits programs
•Assist with employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures
•Analyzes and develops conditions for new plans or modifies existing plans
•Comply with Federal, State and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
•Work as a liaison between broker, vendors and managers
•Reconcile benefits accounts by billing statements
•Develop benefits training materials for company
•Manage and administer 401k plans
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, or Liberal Arts degree.
•5+ years of experience in Benefit Administration
•Strong understanding of employee benefit plan provisions and procedures; knowledge of federal laws pertaining to employee benefit plans, such as Affordable Care Act (ACA), and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
•Ability to apply consultative skills in business environment.
•Displays skills to resolve issues, solve problems, and manage conflict.
•Knowledge of Payroll and Time Ware Administration
