SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an HR supervisor to be responsible for the coordination of the hourly employment process, administering HR policies, programs and special projects, and coordinating employee relations activities, as well as many other HR-related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:•Manage Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure their proper administration
•Develop and manage employee communications programs will contribute to high levels of employee morale and understanding of the Company.
•Recruit, interview and conduct new hire orientation, promotions, transfers and other programs as needed.
•Assist with the maintenance of attendance, disciplinary warnings, turnover, injury, FMLA usage and develop reports.
•Help develop and manage formal training programs for all employees relating to regulatory compliance, performance management and technical training.
•Develop and establish goals and objectives for the Employee and Community Relations department.
QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. Graduate degree a plus.
•3+ years experience in the Human Resources supervisory function.
•Experience in manufacturing environment.
•Knowledge in Kronos, Excel and Lotus Notes.
•Bilingual Spanish and PHR is a plus
