SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle recruitment and related activities for acute care nursing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:•Collaborate with business partners and hiring managers to address staffing needs
•Provide comprehensive support to programs, projects, and initiatives
•Coordinate recruiting events and manage vendor relationships
•Identify candidates to fill positions and manage the interview process
•Coordinate relocation services for candidates
•Guide new hires through the onboarding process
QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field required
•Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred
•Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
•Ability to understand business and clinical aspects of healthcare
•Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects and tasks in a timely manner
