Software Trainer/E-Learning Specialist For highly regarded law firm in DC. Some of the duties for this position include providing software training desk side, remotely via videoconference and in a classroom setting. Candidate will also be responsible for creating training outlines, utilizing software to develop new content such as curriculum design, course publishing, and reports, creating e-learning content using Captivate and Camtasia, providing online learning portal administration, updating training documentation and eLearning platforms, managing e-learning content in SharePoint, assisting in the testing of new software. To be considered for this position candidate must have at least 2+ years of classroom training experience, 2+ years of advanced e-learning experience using Adobe Captivate and Camtasia, 2+ years writing scripts and storyboards to produce eLearning content, expert working knowledge of instructional design, experience configuring eLearning applications and designing online courses, experience capturing and editing screenshots and digital video for documentation, expert working knowledge of MS Office Suite, 2+years of law firm experience as a software trainer, prior experience with learning management systems and HTML editing ability required.
