Director of Business Development to coordinate our business development efforts in the Aerospace and Defense markets and expand our Expert Support Services (ESS). The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan for which would increase revenues and profits. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.

Position Requirements:
• BS or MS in Engineering (Systems Engineering a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years Aerospace experience with 2 years Business Development experience
• Large program capture experience is required
• Experience with customers such as MDA and Army is preferable
• Experience in tracking, assessing and formulating winning strategies for business opportunities
• Ability to interact with technical managers and Principal Investigators
• Ability to develop basic understanding of selected technologies
• Ability to respond quickly to task order requests and contribute to proposal writing and review
• Understanding of DoD and NASA procurement programs
