The mission of the Business Development Manager is to close profitable, new business deals for the Company. The position entails effectively fulfilling all stages of a multi-phase sales process. The Director Business Development is responsible for developing opportunities through effective prospecting, qualifying candidates that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, and ultimately building long-term profitable relationships with new national & regional accounts. They will be responsible for maintaining detailed sales funnel documentation on the status of their sales, as well as providing activity reporting for corporate-level measurement. Qualified candidates for this position must be able to demonstrate initiative, ambition, organization, and an aptitude for quick learning. A positive, hard working attitude is a prerequisite for the position.

Successfully manage all phases of complex strategic sale for mid to large size accounts.
Complete strategic level information gathering and qualification on new accounts.
Integrate the strategic sales activities of the Managing Partners during key sales initiatives.
Maintain funnel-related documentation on all prospects within the sales cycle.
Participate in the development of the long-term strategic selling plan for the Company.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, along with 7-10 years of documented successful sales experience selling outsourced "value-added" solutions (services, software or hardware) at the "C-Level." Must have the ability to relate to different titles in diverse industries, and experience implementing a consultative selling approach.
