Client Interview: Immediate
• Develop Sales Force / Service Cloud CRM solution to include the modeling of cross-department workflow paths for common customer service issues, secure handling of HIPAA PHI data elements, integration with SQL Server databases, and integration with other SFDC Orgs.
• May also include custom report development.
• Workflows will be relatively simple, but will have multiple escalation paths.
