Job Description:
The PM/BA translates the organization’s strategic vision into executable work for technology through clear documentation, process flows and design. Facilitates the collaborations between functional departments, acting as a both a liaison as well as working leader for both the business and technical deliverables. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to cloud technology, reporting and analytics, mobile and portal capabilities.
The PM/BA will stay on the cutting edge of technology and the most applicable and useful innovations for our clients and teams. The person will think what if’ to anticipate what clients could do with data that they don’t know they could do.
This role reports to the CIO, with a matrix accountability to our client’s functional leaders.

Responsibilities:
Lead and guide technical resources.
Oversee and participate in testing-related activities for a variety of applications and systems
Assist in mapping out portal and mobile solutions integration strategies, including data and security protocols and phasing approach.
Help define measurement models to evaluate and improve OUR CLIENT business processes.
Work with software vendors to integrate wellness tool into OUR CLIENT portal and business processes
Document and provide ad hoc facilitation in working sessions
Collaboratively develop and document the process designs, work flows, data flows, and implementation requirements.
Assist in creating process to on-board new customers, including pre and post implementation activities.
Develop cadence and ongoing communication to track, monitor and report status
Provide additional support on PM/BA like activities as directed by OUR CLIENT leadership
Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis.
Manage the execution of the strategy
Facilitate progress through maintaining focus and organization
Help guide problem solving and solution redesign as required
Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
A BA/BS degree in Business Management or Computer Science
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, written, oral communication and time management skills
4 years providing solution delivery, partnering with the business for technical delivery
Experience in healthcare data warehousing a plus
Experience with Agile SDLC (Familiarity with other SDLCs)
