Job Description:
As a Client Implementation Representative, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new business or complicated up sells. This position will manage multiple, concurrent projects while monitoring progress against the schedule. In addition, the client implementation representative will work collaboratively with internal and external resources and act as the central information source.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the implementation of new business and the teams involved
• Act as a central information source to internal and external team members
• Build alignment and integration between our client and the client involved in the implementation as well as between functional areas involved in the implementation process
• Promote Enterprise wide understanding of projects, timelines and dependencies
• Provide expertise in the decision-making process by sharing pertinent client information
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, meeting agendas and meeting minutes
• Facilitate / Participate in client meetings
• Hold regular status meetings and document project status for internal and external communication
• Notify team members of their deliverables and proactively communicate information required to complete tasks on time
• Follow-up on open issues and action items to ensure they are resolved
• Identify, document, and track issues, risks, and dependencies to internal and external teams throughout the implementation process.
• Seek out, implement, and document resolutions to problems
• Identify and implement process improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
o Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Health Care or related field required
o Certifications in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management a plus
o Ability to work effectively and productively with varied levels of personnel, including senior executives and external clients
o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
o Effective at time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
o 3+ years of project management experience
o Demonstrated advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, process improvement, change management, cross functional team management and personal resiliency
o Experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes
o Proven ability to motivate team members to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables
Status Contract to hire (6 months)
