Overview:
Business Analyst with proven expertise in delivering complex, multi functional requirements for a Healthcare enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence build.
• Lead, facilitate and develop use cases, process mapping, and data flow diagrams.
• Collaborate and translate business stakeholder’s needs for a variety of business and IT audiences.
• Data analysis, functional reporting, analytics and dashboards experience in pharmacy benefit management &/or healthcare desired.
• Experience with SAS, Business Objects and Teradata technology a plus.
Specific Requirements area of focus:
o Medical Data
o Traditional PBM data integration experience
(e.g. member, pharmacy, drug, provider, etc
o Advanced Analytics
o Portal Development
o Infrastructure (e.g. standing up, sun setting old, migrating from A to B)
o Security
Duties:
1. Participate 2015 BI Strategic Delivery Plan. Delivery plan activities include:
o Identify Best Replacement Reports Opportunity for SAS reports
o Determine Impact on manual reports reduction
o Document and gain buy-in on priorities for integration strategy as well as capability delivery
2. Provide insights on Advanced Analytics, so leaders may
o Identify highest priority capabilities
o Understand Gap analysis and tool requirements to make tool selection
3. SME to help Establish Agile Business Intelligence priorities
o Identify reporting opportunities on the first data release.
o Design and plan for Advanced Analytics and reporting replacement priorities
o Align reports with best tool

• Ability to communicate in a highly professional and effective manner
• Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation
• Strong organization and time management capacity to balance multiple project priorities with limited supervision
• Facilitate requirements sessions and build consensus.
Minimum Qualifications:
• A BA/BS degree in Business Management or Computer Science
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, written, oral communication and time management skills
• 4 years providing solution delivery, partnering with the business for technical delivery
• Experience in healthcare data warehousing a plus
• Experience with Agile SDLC (Familiarity with other SDLCs)
