Responsibilities:
• Accountability for manufacturing operations including production efficiencies, safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance;
• Supporting continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals are attained;
• Leading start-up or expansion projects;
• Creating and maintaining a team-oriented workforce;
• Developing and leading team members in managing and executing plant processes;
• Receiving up to 150 reports.
Education: 4-year degree is required.
Required Skills:
• 7+ years in a Plant Manager role;
• Experience in the food and beverage industries;
• Experience in start-up or expansion projects of $200K or greater;
• Has successfully operated as a change agent: assessing, developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs;
• Proficiency in driving process improvements, adhering to budgets, and maintaining regulatory compliance;
• Has Project Management experience in plant expansions and major capital projects of $200K+.
