Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. has an opportunity for a Receiving Supervisor in the Louisville, KY area. This position is a direct hire for a successful and innovative manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
• Supervising materials management and operational activities;
• Ensuring inventory accuracy;
• Leading cycle counting actions;
• Enforcing all company policies, programs, regulations and safety rules;
• Leading employees in continuous improvement activities;
• Developing, training, and managing manufacturing personnel;
• Participating in training and safety programs for the overall effectiveness of the work areas.

Education: 4-year degree preferred.

Required Skills:
• 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing;
• Technical and management skills used in the administration of material management;
• Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience;
• Experience leading cycle count activities;
• Interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills;
• Strong math and measurement skills.
