Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Legal File Room Administrator to be responsible for processing various Corporate, Finance, and Business agreements, ensuring data quality and completeness in the DOCS database. This opportunity is for one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Santa Clara, CA.
This position starts immediately and goes through December 2017 with a possibility of an extension depending on performance and the needs of the Client. This position pays 20.00 per hour.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
• Will also provide non-technical customer support, i.e.: agreement searches, and ensure that all standardized process and procedures are followed when users submit their fully executed Intel Legal agreements
• Coverage of the Legal File Room inbox, updating of Legal File Room website, coordination of Iron Mountain shipments, and eBilling coverage
• Data entry
• Pulling and preparing filed documents for scanning
• Scanning the documents, saving electronic files with the correct name to the appropriate Iocation
• In addition, after scanning, the hard-copy documents will be prepared for sending offsite to records retention
Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 1-4 years of administrative experience which includes; scanning, records retention, faxing and filing
• Must have experience in the use of standard desktop applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, etc
• Relevant experience in legal/financial databases or filing strongly desired
• Attention to detail essential in dealing with thousands of documents
• Good typing and communication skills required
• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new processes
Terms of the Assignment:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 8+ month assignment: Starting April 2017 December 2018
• Full-time position: Monday Friday 8am-5pm
