Hadoop Consultant Atlanta, GA
The Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst will report to the Enterprise Reporting Manager of the Data Management and Reporting group. The Analyst is responsible for creating, revising, and supporting reports. Included in these duties are the analysis of business processes and support for report users at all levels, including distributed report developers and departmental users.
Key responsibilities:
Support engagement teams with isolated environments - giving engagement teams access to be able to bring in and analyze data, etc.
Support various engagements teams (SAP HANA, Hadoop, PDW etc. ) and creating holistic solutions using best practices.
Create, design, maintain, and update reports and accompanying documentation.
Work on BI Projects to develop new dashboards, reports, and other content.
Qualifications:
Strong professional commitment to the success, coupled with a thorough understanding of the technology and data behind Business Intelligence applications.
Four or more years of experience in data analysis, report and dashboard design and development.
Highly effective interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal skills.
Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required:
ETL, reporting table design, data warehouse concepts, and meta data concepts.
Excellent database skills and advanced SQL programming.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field or at least four years of equivalent experience.
Four or more years of experience in data analysis, report and dashboard design and development.
