Job Title: Mail Coordinator

Pay: $22-26.00/hr (DOE)
Description:
You will be the first person each visitor interacts with, using a myriad of skills such as communication, organization, professionalism, and tech-savviness to create a positive experience. You will interface with Sales Clients and other high-profile guests and will represent the company and its brand.
Additional role description: Use your experience and skills in customer service and hospitality to provide world-class service for visiting executives and VIPs in the Enterprise Briefing Center. The successful candidate will work with the Enterprise Sales Team, and other Company Executives to plan and execute high-touch external, customer facing events. You will work cross-functionally with supporting teams to maintain the high standards of function and appearance of the Briefing Center facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Interface with guests of all levels professionally and confidentially
Provide high level customer service for both internal and external visitors
Provide front desk support for the Enterprise Briefing Center
Daily set up the Enterprise Briefing Center to customize the space for visitors
Support of speaker procurement and briefing process
Logistics support for visiting clients
Provide campus and center tours
Work with REWs and vendors to maintain the Enterprise Briefing Center
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proven mastery of Web applications including Mail, Calendar, Docs, and Sites.
Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
