Associate Product Manager - International - Marketing at GenStaffing in Akron, OH

Primary Duties
• Assist with product transitions to OUS markets, work with internal process such as Item Master Maintenance and Master Control, Coordinate follow-up with translations at vendor and dealers, work with graphic designer on layout changes, work with outside vendors on artwork proofs
• Assist with foundation of Dealer Network data base, organize distributor data into format for uploading, maintain new distributor content
• Support launch activities in new markets, processing artwork as needed, help organize customized requirements for country labels, examine and approve proofs, communicate with Operations and Customer Service on distributor requirements for launch. Similar transitional activities.
• Development of supporting collateral materials such as brochures, sell sheets, direct mail pieces, posters, catalog updates, tradeshow give-aways, press releases, e-mail blasts, advertisements, videos, website updates, etc. Proofreading materials before printing / posting.
• Gathering key metrics and information used to evaluate new product initiatives and product lifecycle management decisions (e.g., standard cost requests/margin analysis, market sizing, competitive benchmarking, quality testing, market research, clinical evaluations, etc.)
• Executing on distributor requests, including catalog reviews and new product set up requirements
• Running reports and analyzing data to monitor sales, identify trends, modify forecasts as needed, etc.
• Preparation of various presentations for various needs (e.g., Stage Gate meetings, market research findings, etc.)
• Miscellaneous administrative requests such as setting up specs, locating historical materials, updating price lists, addressing general customer questions to support our Customer Service department, etc.
• Additional administrative or project-related responsibilities as specified by International Product Manager

• Intelligence at the technical and analytical level, including financial acumen, as well as an ability to think at a strategic level
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional team members and with executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into compelling products
• Strong detail orientation
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. Bias toward action and results.
• The potential to grow and advance in the marketing organization.

Minimum Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Science or Engineering.
• 3+ years of marketing experience with business to business and / or consumer products
• Willingness and able to travel: up to 10%
• Intermediate to advanced skill using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interest in wellness and healthcare important, experience preferred
