Plant Controller - $90-100K + 15% Bonus Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing *Overall accounting and control functions for the plant; *Developing and maintaining the policies, procedures, systems and processes to be used in accounting for and reporting the facilities output; *Directing the profit planning and budgeting activities, including budget preparation and capital project analysis for the assigned functions; *Directing financial forecast updates and coordinating monthly outlook reporting for the site; *Directing the reporting of all operating and financial results, cost reporting and variance analysis; *Developing the strategic plans, objectives and goals for the facilities F&A department.
BS degree required CPA a plus *7+ years of experience with all aspects of financial accounting and reporting; *5+ years of effective leadership in a management or supervisory role; *MUST have experience as a Plant Controller in a manufacturing facility; *Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills; *Strong technology skills in MS Office applications and ERP systems; *SAP experience is preferred.
