Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer - $45-50K Manufacturing, Machining & Assembly Operations Responsible for: Planning, designing and implementing assembly processes; Maximizing efficiency by analyzing areas such as: assembly line layouts and workflow; assembly methods change-over fixturing, gages; or work in process storage and tool storage; Developing Advanced product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements, including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Charts and Process Design Sheets; Supporting Program Management generated project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules; Using the company Problem Solving Process conducts root cause analysis and determines permanent countermeasures for internal and external customer complaints. BS Mechanical Engineering preferred (will consider other engineering degrees) Entry level to 2+ years of related manufacturing experience; Some experience in a Just In Time (JIT) manufacturing environment preferred; Data analysis and problem solving; Organization and planning; Standard business software, MS Office; Excellent interpersonal relations, communication and presentation skills.
