Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer - $50-54K Manufacturing, Machining & Assembly Operations Responsible for: Planning, designing and implementing assembly processes; Maximizing efficiency by analyzing areas such as: assembly line layouts and workflow; assembly methods change-over fixturing, gages; or work in process storage and tool storage; Developing Advanced product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements, including Process Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Process Flow Charts and Process Design Sheets; Supporting Program Management generated project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules; Using the company Problem Solving Process conducts root cause analysis and determines permanent countermeasures for internal and external customer complaints.
