Part time Mailroom Clerk at Document Management Corporation- Solutions Provider in Rancho Cordova, CA

Purpose of Position
The Mailroom QC Clerk is responsible for the review of Mailroom remit batches, documenting errors, and general assistance in the Mailroom

Responsibilities
• Perform mail sorting in the morning.
• Review of scanned remits, noting mailroom errors, recovery and documenting missed checks
• Maintain established productivity and quality standards, attentive to detail and highly accurate.
• Maintain integrity of the Mailroom security measures.
• Observes professional standards of conduct, including professional behavior, attendance and dress code.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting other departments when needed

Hours
Scheduled hours/days will be Monday through Thursday 8am-3:30pm.

Education/Skill/Experience Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous quality control experience a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and able to perform with minimal supervision.
