Our Client is looking for a talented, motivated professional with dynamic recruiting skills to join its Lending Services team. As the Talent Acquisition and Development Representative, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive the full recruitment cycle for exempt and non-exempt lending operations and strategic support positions. You will utilize your strong sourcing, recruiting, and interview skills to identify top candidates, make hiring suggestions, and onboard new hires. You will also evaluate the recruiting and onboarding process and make suggestions for operational and efficiency improvements, as well conduct regular reporting on recruiting activity to provide to management. Additionally, you will partner across Lending Services and with the Human Resources department to identify and drive employee engagement opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Own and provide direction on various employee engagement initiatives within the department.
• Act as a collaborative partner with Corporate Human Resources in order to communicate changes to policies and procedures that will impact Lending Staff.
• Develop and conduct workforce reports to ensure the success of Lending Services’ staffing and performance goals.
• Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities or as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to and comply with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.)
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Identify and report potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate recruiting and onboarding, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Lending Operations.
• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess strong people, analytical, and process skills.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to work proactively and operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with variable deadlines.
• Must possess demonstrated organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
