This is a contract to hire position after 6 months. I need two individuals for this role

Responsible for validating customer signed documents, gaining internal countersignatures, uploading documents to a contract management system, invoice inquires, following up with sales reps as needed. Familiar with Salesforce.com, Pricing Tools (CPQ), Contract Management system(Pramata), Order to Cash System (PeopleSoft) Experience: 2-5 years, attention to detail, self starter, quick to learn, ability to work well with sales reps.
Incumbents in this role are responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information. Prepares, maintains and performs all necessary billing cycle activities to deliver accurate and effective client billing information. Maintains and provides all necessary billing records and information to internal functions (to include accounting). Additional responsibilities include ongoing audit and reporting duties.
