Working knowledge of Windows/Unix Server Operating Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a high energy, fast pace environment
Ability to work independently and in group situation
Management of daily Incident Records
Assignment of Incident records to support personnel Scope of the incident records will be Windows / Linux / AIX / VMWare server administrators
Management of Service Level timeliness of Incident records
Creation of Problem (RCA) records derived from Major Incidents, and manage timely resolution of such
Ability to engage third party vendors for maintenance support
Ability to correlate similar Incidents
Experience with ServiceNow incident/problem/change system would be a bonus
