Looking for a Product Manager with business plan to implementation experience.
Develop business plans, lead implementation and deliver objectives for specific Merchandising System, Loss Prevention and Center Store product lines.
Educational & Technical Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience Required in Specific Functions/Positions:
* 5+ years of Product Management (or related) experience.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to develop, present, and manage execution of business plans.
* Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization, work in a team and build relationships.
* Clear demonstration of crisp business analysis and planning.
* Proficient in managing and analyzing a P&L.
* Solid presentation skills and can create strong presentations independently.
* Ability to create, recommend, and execute projects.
* Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects, delivering results on budget.
* Ability to lead and think independently.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* High level computer skills - MS Office products.
* Well organized; high attention to detail.
* Perform well under pressure.
* Experience with Merchandising products and/or related manufacturing processes a plus.
