Comcast provides base pay, un-capped commission and a strong benefits package. In addition, you'll receive extensive classroom and field training from our team of Academy Sales Trainers. Personality is more fundamental to the position, so if you have limited sales experience, this would be a great position for you to grow your skillset. You'll even be given an iPad to let you demo our products in real time with your customers!
What will I do as an Xfinity Sales Associate?
*Manage your own outside, residential territory in order to sell and promote the full range of products with focus on video, high-speed Internet, phone and XFINITY home security.
*Expand your product knowledge to be able to explain our products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions.
*Create leads by calling potential new customers and upgrade existing customer's services to provide the upmost convenience in a face-to-face, door-to-door setting.

$22,270 Base Salary, paid bi-weekly
$60,270 Total Target Compensation (Salary + minimum expected Commission)
Earning Potential is well over $100,000 because commission is uncapped

*High School diploma or equivalent
*Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
*Strong communication skills and ability to relate to customer's needs
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to work flexible hours
*Enthusiastic, Motivated & Self-Driven personality with a desire to succeed
*No experience required as you will receive 8 weeks of paid training through our Innovative Sales Training Academy
