Job Description:
Our client wants to build out a technology platform to support the CMS OCM model for healthcare providers, so it will be very similar in nature to the ACO software platforms out there that help manage to metrics, produce scorecards and exception reports. The main requirement is that they will need to pull disparate data into a common reportable platform. There are many companies out there that do this type of work, but they need someone to help define the key requirements and shop this space for a partner, and ultimately manage the development and release.
This role reports to the CIO, with a matrix accountability to our client’s functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide technical resources.
• Oversee and participate in testing-related activities for a variety of applications and systems
• Assist in mapping out portal and mobile solutions integration strategies, including data and security protocols and phasing approach.
• Help define measurement models to evaluate and improve OUR CLIENT business processes.
• Work with software vendors to integrate wellness tool into OUR CLIENT portal and business processes
• Document and provide ad hoc facilitation in working sessions
• Collaboratively develop and document the process designs, work flows, data flows, and implementation requirements.
• Assist in creating process to onboard new customers, including pre and post implementation activities.
• Develop cadence and ongoing communication to track, monitor and report status
• Provide additional support on PM/BA like activities as directed by OUR CLIENT leadership
• Performing the assigned duties with a high level of autonomy and reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis.
• Manage the execution of the strategy
• Facilitate progress through maintaining focus and organization
• Help guide problem solving and solution redesign as required
The project based role initially would be:
• Reviewing the organizations business and writing down anticipated requirements to review and interview the COO and the analyst.
• Research software/systems for capabilities alignment with the needs pricing models and going concern
• Narrow vendor options, and schedule/evaluate demos, references, and provide recommendation for product and product type (assuming SAS most likely) with implementation plan and any resource needs. Ongoing maintenance/etc.
• Oversee the implementation and assist where possible.
• Help with considering this software with longer term technology needs and future systems - especially in data management and analytics.
• This person will have to dig in, learn, draw conclusions with little direction and staff. Soup to nuts delivery. A real need to gather high level business needs, flush out further and make the recommendation. Then help implement the decision client makes.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Strong business acumen, attention to detail, written, oral communication and time management skills
• 4 years providing solution delivery, partnering with the business for technical delivery

• Experience with Healthcare
• Experience with Agile SDLC (Familiarity with other SDLCs)
• PMI Certification
• A BA/BS degree in Business Management or Computer Science
