The Opportunity
-Responsible for providing generalist services and organizational learning initiatives in concert with Clinical Educators
-Generalist is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development
-This position will also manage the Volunteer Services and assist with the delivery of the organization’s programs and services
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field
-PHR and/or other HR certifications (including CPLP) preferred
-Minimum of two years of generalist experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
