PeopleSoft Systems Administrator at HyperGen Inc. in Afton, MN

HyperGen Inc. is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Systems Administrator for our client in Minnesota for a direct hire opportunity.
Objective:
- This role will install PS Application and Tools to run on Microsoft SQL Server. Installing Tuxedo, configure Application Server domains, apply patches, bundles and maintenance packs to the PeopleSoft systems. Identifying, troubleshoot, and resolving issues within the Application, Batch, File and Database servers. Installing, upgrading, maintaining and monitoring all PeopleSoft components such as IIS, Weblogic, Tuxedo Application Servers, Process Schedulers and Integration Broker domains. Helping to manage and administer Windows servers
Responsibilities:
- Create PS system by assisting with planning and execution;
- Create PS specifications by working with company subject matter experts;
- Monitor, maintain, and tune system and Webserver;
- Troubleshoot performance incidents;
- Develop, implement, and execute object migration;
- Conduct business process re-engineering;
- Preform project management duties and review proposals.
Qualifications:
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 or later;
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1, PeopleTools 8.54, and production support;
- HCM 9.2 upgrades and install experience;
- Production Support (PUM) and DBA experience;
- Experience with change control software (Phire, Quest/Dell State, and ServiceNow).
