Our Direct Client in Charlottesville, VA has a *full time permanent direct hire* W2 position opening for a Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Business Analyst

The principal activities the candidate will perform include the following:
•Will serve as functional lead - senior subject matter expert (SME) associated with content, processes and procedures, related to the employers Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) application. This would include all associated business processes, operational and industry requirements and related application/system functionality, across the supported functional area(s).
•Candidate will be able to analyze user, system and application needs, determine and evaluate alternative solutions and approaches to meeting those needs, and help select the optimal solution and validates those solutions with the client(s).
•Will be able to provide detailed requirements for product development, evaluate development projects and guides tailoring to/of the development process to meet project needs.
•Provide direct application support where necessary updating and maintaining system configuration, system setup and application tables where appropriate.
•Conducts preliminary assessment of user business needs, clearly defining and documenting detailed business objectives including assessment of laws, rules and regulations that affect the business needs of the organization.
•Develops procedural flows showing interrelationships between manual and automated methods.
•Leads and conducts feasibility and cost analysis studies.
•Communicates extremely well with clients and within the team. - Prepares system specifications to meet user requirements including recommended alternative solutions for achieving project objectives. - Assists with defining project tasks, determining deadlines, and developing project plans for achieving project objectives. Tracks project progress against the established work plan and reports accordingly. - Assists with analysis and development of: program logic, screen layouts, reports, and leads development of testing criteria to support new or enhanced systems and the creation of systems and user documentation. - Performs tasks including analyzing, testing, debugging, and implementing information systems including training users in the use of the system.
Education:Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 3-5 years of experience.
