Requirements
• Responsible for the operation and production of Global Sales CRM tool
• Commercial, procedural, and technical details are prioritized and scheduled for iterations
• Liaise with technical teams to develop and manage all roadmaps and project plans
• Oversee configuration and customization process for the Business Unit
• Seek approval on solution options presented by the technical team and other stakeholders for the CRM
• Liaise with Stakeholders and/or CRM Strategic Planner to ensure proper delivery of requirements and documentation is maintained
• Ensure projects meet established timeframes, within budget and continued enhancements to add value for end users
• Represent the Business Unit in iteration planning, SCRUM and defect meetings
• Manage Operational Team including an Administrator and Analysts
Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills (Must complete a written communication exercise)
• Ability to interact with various levels of management
• Ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Access, and ability to work with databases
• Ability to self-manage time schedule
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration with certification, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint and Power BI required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technical project facilitation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, quality assurance and operations
