Description:
Our Client is looking for a skilled lending professional with dynamic leadership and management skills to join its team. As a Loan Administrator Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize and hone your leadership and management skills as you oversee a team of loan administration/support staff. Our Client offers a variety of consumer and business loan products, as well as Private Equity lending, you will develop your team in all key areas of responsibility, including due diligence and information collection, deal analysis, documentation preparation, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate current closing processes on all Loan products to create efficiencies and reduce risk for the Client.
• Oversee strategic initiatives within the Loan Administration group, such as evaluating policies, practices and procedures to develop and implement successful loan file review and quality control processes.
• Establish strong partnerships to implement strategic initiatives
• Utilize strategic planning skills to develop and execute effective pipeline management systems, as well as successful file review and quality control processes.
• Ensure all loan administration staff conduct thorough and adequate due diligence on all deals and maintain integrity and accuracy of all loan documentation and data.
• Coordinate day to day operations by organizing workflow, monitoring work assignments, volumes, distribution, and workload to ensure that work is being completed in a timely manner and that expectations of both the client and business partners are met.
• Serve as key point of contact for Professional Loan Programs in order to coordinate the documentation, funding, and boarding of new deals.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and ensure serviceability of loans.
• Work closely with key partners in Lending Services and Credit to implement process and system changes designed to improve service and efficacy.
• Facilitate communication and partnerships between your Loan Administration staff and other areas of the bank by moderating regularly scheduled team meetings with Financial Analysts and Lending Services to review any changing priorities.
• Serve as first contact in escalation path on issues and help to resolve questions that may arise between team members and/or other Bank departments, as well as any third party vendors.
• Provide processing support, as you manage the pipeline of loan transactions, ensuring that all items are completed and in compliance with both the Client and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct employee development engagements and activities, performance reviews and other administrative supervisory activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must possess strong analytical, process and people skills
• Must possess demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with or an understanding of private equity and/or venture capital fund structures.
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Loan origination environment.
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with complex entity structures.
• Must be able to successfully manage projects of a varied and complex nature.
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years in a management/supervisory capacity.
