Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
2+ years of previous experience in an account manager role
Passion and experience in working with a Not for Profit Organization a plus

Responsibilities:
Manage sales activity to maximize time spent speaking with various hiring powers
Able to promote contract and staff placement services of technical personnel
Receive and qualify client orders for staffing needs
Work closely with the Operations Manager to follow up on provided leads and cold calling targets
Determine potential volumes, decision makers, changes in buyers or requirements of clients
Establish and implement a marketing program - by way of phone and client visits - to effect sales of services and to broaden customer base
Ensure quality control, customer satisfaction and assurance of all services
Maintain the results of client/candidate communication with our in-house database
Prompt and appropriate resolution of concerns/problems/complaints of clients and candidates

Must have a positive attitude
Organization and time management, solid problem solving and consultative skills
Knowledge of IT products and services is an asset
Must be motivated and target driven
