**MUST HAVE REFINING EXP**
The Lead Reliability Engineer will perform engineering services and use their expertise to help mentor and supervise lesser experienced fixed equipment reliability engineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and mentor the refineries fixed equipment Reliability Engineers - setting goals and performance reviews
* Oversee installation of projects in the field, including but not limited to contractor selection, direction of workforce, and coordination of permits
* Develop, manage, and submit over all budgets and schedules for expenses and capital projects
* Perform technical and economic analysis to justify improvements and recommended priorities
* Support the Turnaround organization
* Work with Maintenance Supervisor to improve unit reliability
* Provide mechanical technical support to the area team and other throughout the refinery
* Analyze of failed items, recommend design changes to prevent future failures
* Responsible for MOC procedures for mechanical changes
* Perform fitness- for- service evaluations for items identified by the
* Mechanical Integrity Program
* Lead Safety Review Programs
* Participate and lead various Root Cause Failure Analysis, HAZOP, and PSM programs
MUST HAVES:
* BS In Engineering - Mechanical Engineering preferred
* 7+ years experience in refining
* Demonstrated Project Management Skills
* Familiarity with API 570,650,653 ASME Sections I, VII, 313 and NBIC
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
