POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

The CRM Systems Analyst is the primary point of contact for the company regarding the direction and use of the CRM application. This position serves as the IT liaison to Sales leadership for defining sales IT goals, projects and roadmap, escalating issues and being closely aligned through frequent and regular communication.

This individual is responsible for the strategic direction of the CRM application while keeping the integrity of the CRM system, needs of the users and company objectives in balance. This position combines both technical and business leadership skills and is expected to suggest and subsequently implement recommend. The position must be confident and capable in all facets of the CRM application to include but not limited to:

•Enterprise use of CRM and related applications
•Microsoft Dynamics CRM Best Practices
•Integration with email service providers (ESP’s), Web Preferences and other related systems
•Business and Systems Analysis
•Maintenance and Optimization
•Configuration and Customization

MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES

•Provide strategic direction on the use of the application with the Enterprise by setting the general and technical direction of the CRM system including keeping current on software roadmap/direction, new releases, new patch/fixes, and more.
•Manage all aspects of the CRM system to include integration, maintenance and optimization, upgrades, data cleansing and management, ISV solutions, systems administration, security, etc.
•Provide direction and guidance to the Executive team regarding the use of the CRM application throughout the organization. Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications, including workflows, analytics and reporting.
•Proactively assist the organization in realizing the full value of the CRM application and look for opportunities to realize a return on the investment to include but not limited to increase the productivity of a company's employees, re-engineer business processes to improve efficiencies, leverage automation, etc.
•Provide leadership and direction to the entire team including internal and external technical teams with various CRM-related projects in various roles to include project planning, project management, testing, quality assurance, requirements gathering, and more.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES

•Strong familiarity with CRM Systems Microsoft Dynamics CRM
•High Level Familiarity with multiple ESP’s. Specific familiarity with Silverpop a strong plus
•Familiarity with Scribe ETL tool

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•3+ years’ experience with CRM Systems must be Microsoft Dynamics
•Strong leadership with an ability to drive to delivery without compromising requirements
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
•Microsoft Dynamics MVP Certification a strong plus
•ITIL v3 familiarity a plus
•Familiarity with Employee lifecycle process, especially as it relates to managing users and access in an enterprise system
