SAP SM Analyst Direct Hire Charlotte, NC
New SAP position at one of Charlotte's premier employers!
For this position, you will need 4 or more years of SAP Analyst experience with a concentration in the SAP SM, Service Management module.
You will resolve functional and technical issues in the SAP Service Management processes, and work closely with end users and 3rd party vendors as needed.
You should have at least two full life cycle implementations in SAP Service Management, SM, and configuration experience in the sub modules as well, such as Service Notifications, Service Order Management, Service Management, etc
Integration knowledge and experience with SAP BW, SAP CRM is a plus.
