Role: Embedded Software engineer
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Duration: Contract 6 months can go longer
Role Description:
• Should have experience in development of embedded software (Must have)
• Programming language: C/C++ (Must have)
• Debugging with Embedded hardware & JTAG/ICE Emulator
• Operating System: VxWorks653 / VxWorks / Lynx OS / (any RTOS)
• Good understanding of device drivers, file systems, memory management and OS internals
• Development of software in compliance with DO178B (DAL - A/B) (Must Have)
• Tools: DOORS, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Subversion, VectorCAST/Cover, JTAG/ICE Emulator, Wind River Workbench
• Create documentation compliant to DO-178B certification
• Participate in requirement gathering, high and low level design development and reviews
• Analyze the design requirements.
