Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or claims processing experience.
• Work effectively, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, in a fast-paced, high volume team environment.
• We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail as well as the ability to understand and analyze customer debit memos.
• Strong written and verbal skills are a requirement as well as being extremely dependable, able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Good decision making skills and accountability, well organized a must as well.
• Candidate should be self-motivated to meet department and individual goals.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer skills in IBM Lot
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the research, evaluation and resolution of customer claims, issuing credits and providing supporting documentation if claim denied.
• Responsible for specific accounts supporting the customer needs inclusively i.e., shortages, returns, pricing etc.
• Work environment is very high volume and extremely fast paced.
