• With at least 5 years’ relevant experience in banking industry
• Possess strong integrity and compliance concept
• Good knowledge of retail/branch/cash management banking products and services, operations and procedures
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to AML and KYC. Knowledge of other regulatory requirements an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for external and internal administrative support
• Responsible for new accounts opening and related documentations
• Conduct periodic customer risk profile assessment
• Handle customer’s deposit taking or withdrawals and inward or outward remittances
• Process interbank payment transfer
• Keep updating customer’s profile,
signature and account status
• Reply customers’ / bankers’ / government related enquires
• Prepare monthly report and participate in ad hoc projects
• Support the growth of cash management business through the provision of cash management solutions to internal as well as external clients
