Job Description:
Receiving and making calls on behalf of the Company.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
Scheduling appointments for the MD.
Handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as Compiling correspondence
Receiving visitors and scheduling meetings
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND/BSc/HND in Secretarial studies / Administration
At least 1-2 years work experience in Secretarial role
Excellent communication skills
