Job Description:
Engineering at Pratt & Whitney (P&W) is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as a Project Integration Analyst on a major military engine program. The Project Integration Analyst is responsible for the integration, analysis and reporting of cost and schedule data to the engineering Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) leads responsible for the task and budget management on these military contracts. The Analyst plays an important role in preparing data needed to support high-quality Earned Value (EV) management and reporting required by these compliance programs. He/she will work with the individual engineering Control Account Managers (CAMs) across multiple CIPT’s and the corresponding Program Office to identify budget estimates, support proposals, track monthly costs and staffing levels, support the manpower process and communicate risks and opportunities. Success will be measured by meeting program timelines and proactively managing cost and schedule risks for the assigned program(s).
Qualified candidates need to be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. The Analyst needs to be detailed and customer focused to ensure that the team meets the aggressive demands of this military compliance program. Education/Certifications:
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or equivalent with 6 to 10+ years of experience.

Experience/Qualifications: Strong analytical, problem-solving and trending skills. Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion. Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations and all levels of management Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g. ACE, QCPC) Knowledge of our Program Management toolsets (SAP, Primavera, Dassian, eCSVAR)
