Strong data analytical skills.
Building IT quality control models and business rules.
Strong business and technical writing skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office Applications Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SQL Server, and have strong data analytical skills.
Excel formulas, pivot tables, sum ifs, working with multiple data points, summarized sheets, charts, v look ups
Visio and VB are not required, but are nice to haves
Bachelor Business Administration. Computer science major preferred

Supports changes and enhancements from development through production; recommending and implementing system enhancements (e.g., screen appearance, report distribution and setup testing). Develops new program specifications to support specific customer needs and system upgrades, including new releases and resolves problems with current systems. Analyzes service requests to determine feasibility, extent of changes, resource requirements and project time estimates. Provides daily production support, including maintenance of routine production control parameters, completion of routine service requests and research problems. Position will assist in developing and maintaining Parts Service Reporting Tool.
Position will provide business and technical documentation, writing specifications, constructing workflows charts and reports.
Work with vendors and internal NNA team to resolve data issues and ensure that project deliverables are met.
Responsible for daily batch processes, data validation, and system performance.
Communicate effectively with end users and provide basic training.

Manage a data warehouse for aftersales (Large data sets on w weekly basis 100’s of billions of transactions per 60 data sources that goes into the tool all of the aftersales purchases exports to dealers invoice level detail VLBD)
Learning to work with the business reporting, keeping up with incentives, technical piece of the system and helps out those in documentation, testing and implementing making sure it’s correct.
