SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a contract Account Coordinator Order Processor to support the customer service department of a manufacturing client in Holland, MI. This individual will enter and price orders, and complete the full range of order processing in cooperation with the customer service team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of customers regarding products, pricing, shipping, etc.
Coordinate customer order requirements and resolve problems and complaints
Monitor and verify the status of customer orders in a timely manner
Other customer service and administrative task required by customers and management
Process/fill orders and verify pricing and items
Monitor and verify the status of customer orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree in business-related field or equivalent job-specific work experience
3 years of experience in a non-transactional customer service role, including order / data entry experience
Experience in manufacturing preferred
