Position Purpose- to usher customer orders through the internal operational systems with direct responsibility for ensuring orders are completed and processed timely.
Duties and Responsibilities-
1. Review and follow-up responsibilities for special account customers to include hand holding through the process and assigning to designated representatives
2. Resolving and researching any team member’s issues in relation to a customer’s order still in process, shipped order, account status, and product availability
3. Review and follow-up of all rush orders in the online programs for Urological divisions
4. Customer contact and follow-up pertaining to orders pending completion and in a hold status
5. Investigation of any customer service issues within the active order process
6. Reviewing representative buckets to locate orders in need of processing .
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-3 years related experience required
• Ability to work in diverse teams and project environments
• Intermediate computer and multi-tasking skills
• Call Center experience required
