Chemical Engineer - PROCESS / Sr. Process / Production Support Engineer
(YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A CHEMICAL PROCESS TYPE INDUSTRY. Example: Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Pulp & Paper, Refinery, Polymers, etc.)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 Plus Bonus & Excellent Benefit & Relocation Programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Apply engineering expertise, analyze data for trends, and identify process & operational improvements.
2. Drive Improvements, process optimizations, and process controls to improve product quality, yields, energy, and other costs.
3. Conceive, design and install small and medium size capital projects.
4. Provide chemical operators with understanding of the process and safety related procedures, including conducting classroom training.
5. Establish systems to gather data and monitor results to develop root causes of problems or to ensure a process modification will yield the desired results.
6. Apply sound root cause analysis techniques and creative alternatives to technical related problems.
7. To be knowledgeable of and comply with all safety and environmental regulations associated with the related process and any modifications to it.
8. Stay current with industry developments and standards.
9. Maintain effective communications and working relationships with operators, maintenance, project engineering, contractor, administrative support, and R&D personnel.
LOCATION: These are plant level engineering positions based in or near a major Mid-South metro.

Requirements for this Chemical Engineer role:
1. BS Chemical Engineering degree - Masters in Eng. or P.E. highly desired
2. Five to Fifteen years of continuous process manufacturing experience required
3. MUST have a verifiable record of producing results in leading TEAM Oriented Organization with Good Optimization & Interpersonal Skills. Seeking those promotable to Operations Mgr. role in 2 to 3 years and then to Plant Mgr. 2 to 5 years later.
