Inside Sales Manager at Porch.com in Seattle, WA

Description
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals whose primary focus will be selling the Porch Home Management services, designed to help home owners access our Porch pro network and put their homes on auto-pilot.

This is an incredibly unique experience to shape how to sell a new product bringing in a team that acquires customers in a myriad of ways. Using Inside Sales as one of our biggest scale tools, you will lead the group of problem solvers and sellers to acquire tens of thousands of customers across the US.
Responsibilities
• As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for team an individual performance as related to obtaining revenue goals as directed. This will include identifying key performance drivers and activities as well as addressing any corrective measures that promote team and individual success and growth
• Work with leadership group to provide constant feedback regarding product, systems, or tools and how each can be improved to best meet and support the needs of the revenue team and the home professionals we wish to serve
• Engage with leadership team to create processes for tracking and documenting sales team activities
• Monitor activities of sales individuals and ensure systems and tools are being utilized in order to create best possible business and revenue outcomes
• Effectively use telecom systems, reporting tools, and 1 on 1s with sales individuals to ensure productivity, effectiveness and desired business and revenue outcomes
• Proactively influence team culture by providing ongoing meetings that encourage feedback and participation for all team members
• Work with sales operations and training to ensure ongoing improvements and feedback are included and presented to the entire sales staff as applicable
• Actively listen and coach sales team to help the overcome any sales related challenges that can impede team or individual goals. This may include messaging, discovery techniques, organizational skills, communication skills etc.
• Provide ongoing activity and sales reports to the leadership team as directed
Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in an inside sales role
• Great sales acumen, ability to explain sales flow and the various components needed to ensure success. This includes the ability to diagnose, identify, and role play with sales members to ensure the desired team and individual outcomes are obtained
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in coaching and training is valuable
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
