Account Executive - Processing Management Solutions (Utility Industry)

When it comes to delivery of process management solutions, we it! Clients all over the world refer to us as the Subject Matter Experts in our field.

We can't spell success without our outstanding Account Executives who initiate and maintain client relationships and build our brand. We are now hiring an additional team to service our new territories here in the US.

Requirements of our Account Executives:

--BSEE, BSME, or equivalent technical degree.

--Minimum of seven years experience in process control sales, marketing, or related fields applying technical products, services, and application/optimization systems in the utility industry.

--Existing relationships/experience with purchaser decision makers and influencers at developers, utility OEM's, and electric utilities is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities of our Account Executives:

--Develop "new" accounts with the ultimate goal of developed accounts being assigned to local sales account personnel.

--Basic duties to include sales calls, account cultivation, development and execution of sales strategies and plans, establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships, provide customer presentations and demonstrations, recommend proposal and pricing strategies to management.

--Provide reports and feedback on the industry.

As an Account Executive on our team, your primary objective is developing business with regional utilities including municipalities with a bias for suppliers, therefore the full range of system selling at all levels is essential.

Our Account Executive career opportunities require advanced knowledge of the power market and the application of DCS technology and associated application engineering, services and optimization solutions.

Tenacity, persistence and resilience are essential assets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.

Strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously, as well as experience with creating and managing successful virtual pursuit teams is necessary.

Our Account Executives target a market of smaller regional power generation sites with an emphasis on simple cycle and combined cycle sites and knowledge of gas and steam turbine controls is highly desirable.

In addition, our Account Executives:
- develop and implement long-range business plans that include the recommendation and guidance of internal/external resources that align products and services with the customer's needs.

- help establish business development objectives based on competitive analysis, the business environment and input from various sales channels.

Our Account Executives roles require 75% travel in the assigned region and specific geographic emphasis will be developed upon further analysis.

Salary: $90 100K base + vehicle + benefits + pension plan + bonuses etc.
